The Orlu United Medical Center (UMC) is a Nonprofit Public Benefit Organization, with goal to raise funds and awareness for projects and services that maintain and improve the quality of care at UMC. The purpose is to support the programs and services at Orlu Medical center aimed at providing services to the uninsured, reduce health disparities and the burden of poor health outcomes.
Our UMC mission is to raise funds and awareness for bringing affordable and quality health care to the door steps of all citizens; and advocate for social justice and equitable healthcare for all.
The UMC five core values that highlights the obligation embedded in our mission: Integrity, Commitment, Advocacy, Respect, and Excellence (I-CARE). These core values underscores “who we are” our culture, and how we care for our customers and their beneficiaries. Our values are more than just words, they reflect our care and outcome. The acronym “I-CARE” reminds our employees of the importance of their role in our healthcare organization’s mission and vision.
